Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: August 26, 2026

Welcome to ThePoker-place.com.

These Terms of Service, referred to as the “Terms”, govern your access to and use of ThePoker-place.com, The Poker Place Academy, user accounts, educational materials, quizzes, examinations, poker study tools, calculators, visualizers, trackers, audio or video content, membership plans and other services or features made available through the website, collectively referred to as the “Service”.

The Service is operated by:

ThePoker-place.com

In these Terms, “The Poker Place”, “The Poker Place Academy”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ThePoker-place.com and the operator of the Service.

The Poker Place is an online service intended for an international audience. The Service is administered from Israel and our primary website hosting infrastructure is currently located in the United States.

The Poker Place is a poker education platform. No gambling, wagering or real money poker games are offered, operated or conducted through the Service.

By creating an account, purchasing a membership, accessing restricted Academy content or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. AGE RESTRICTION AND ELIGIBILITY

The Service is intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old.

By accessing or using the Service, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • Your use of the Service is permitted under the laws that apply to you.
  • The information you provide to us is accurate and not materially misleading.

When registering for The Poker Place Academy, you may be required to expressly confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Certain sections of the website may also require a separate age confirmation before access is permitted.

Third party poker related services may impose different or higher minimum age requirements, identity verification requirements, residency requirements or geographic restrictions.

Your eligibility to access The Poker Place does not automatically mean that you are eligible to use any external service linked from the website.

We may restrict, suspend or close an account if we reasonably believe that a user does not satisfy applicable eligibility requirements or has provided materially inaccurate information.

1.1 Age restricted sections

Certain areas of the Service, including areas containing information or links relating to third party online poker services, may be protected by an age confirmation screen or similar access control.

To enter such an area, you may be required to confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

If you indicate that you are under 18, access to the relevant age restricted area may be denied and you may be redirected away from that section.

An age confirmation is a user declaration and does not constitute identity verification or formal proof of age.

You may not intentionally bypass, disable, manipulate or circumvent an age confirmation requirement or other age related access control.

The fact that an age confirmation allows access to a section of The Poker Place does not establish that you satisfy the eligibility requirements of any third party service.

2. NATURE OF THE SERVICE

The Poker Place Academy provides educational and informational content relating to poker strategy, decision making, mathematical concepts, bankroll management, mental game, player analysis and related subjects.

The Service may include:

  • Educational articles and guides.
  • Video or audio educational content.
  • Practice quizzes.
  • Tests and Final Exams.
  • Preflop charts and strategic reference materials.
  • Probability, equity, expected value and pot odds tools.
  • Range and matchup visualizers.
  • Stack and commitment tools.
  • Bankroll and study tracking tools.
  • Opponent analysis or profiling tools.
  • Personal dashboards and progress tracking.
  • Free and premium educational content.
  • Information about external poker related services.
  • Links to third party websites and services.

Features may be added, modified, reorganized, replaced or removed as the Service develops, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

The Poker Place Academy does not operate poker games, accept wagers, hold player funds, process poker deposits or withdrawals or provide real money poker accounts.

Any real money poker activity conducted through an external service occurs entirely outside The Poker Place and is governed by the applicable third party.

3. GLOBAL SERVICE AND LOCAL LAWS

The Poker Place is intended for users in multiple countries and jurisdictions.

Laws relating to online poker, gaming, gambling, advertising, promotions, age restrictions, payment services and other activities differ between jurisdictions and may change over time.

The fact that the Service can be accessed from a particular country does not mean that every feature, external poker service or third party link available through the website is permitted or available in that country.

You are responsible for determining whether your use of an external poker related service is permitted under the laws and regulations that apply to you.

The Poker Place does not provide legal advice concerning the legality, licensing status or availability of online poker services in any particular jurisdiction.

The availability of a link, button, article or external service on The Poker Place does not constitute a representation that the external service is legal, licensed or permitted in your jurisdiction.

Similarly, the absence of a geographic restriction on the website does not constitute legal approval of an external service.

4. REGIONAL AVAILABILITY AND GEOLOCATION CONTROLS

Certain external partner links, services, website elements or areas of the Service may be restricted according to country or region.

We may use approximate geographic information derived from an IP address to determine whether particular website elements should be available to a visitor.

Regional restrictions may reflect:

  • Restrictions communicated by an external service or partner.
  • Licensing or regulatory considerations.
  • Commercial availability.
  • Compliance requirements.
  • Security or risk considerations.
  • Our own operational decisions.

IP based geographic detection is approximate and may occasionally identify a visitor’s location incorrectly.

VPN services, proxy servers, mobile networks, corporate networks and internet service provider routing may affect geographic detection.

Our geographic controls are intended as an additional operational measure and are not a substitute for your responsibility to determine whether an external service is permitted for you.

You may not intentionally use a VPN, proxy, location manipulation technology or similar method for the purpose of bypassing a geographic restriction that we have applied to an external service, partner link or website feature.

We may update regional availability or restricted territory lists when reasonably necessary.

5. USER ACCOUNTS

Certain Service features require a registered user account.

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information.

Each account is personal to the individual who registered it.

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials confidential.
  • Using reasonable measures to protect your account.
  • Activity conducted through your account to the extent reasonably attributable to you.
  • Informing us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not:

  • Sell your account.
  • Transfer your account to another person.
  • Share paid account access with another person.
  • Lend or rent your membership.
  • Allow multiple individuals to use a membership intended for one person.
  • Use another person’s account without permission.

We may investigate activity that reasonably indicates account sharing, unauthorized access, payment abuse or misuse of the Service.

We may require reasonable verification before restoring access to an account where account ownership or security is in question.

6. MEMBERSHIP PLANS

The Service may offer different membership levels.

Current membership options may include a Free Plan and Lifetime Pro.

6.1 Free Plan

The Free Plan may provide access to selected Academy content, quizzes, tools and account features.

The particular content included in the Free Plan may change as the Academy develops.

Registration for a Free Plan does not guarantee that every free feature available on the date of registration will remain available indefinitely.

We may add, replace, reorganize or remove free features, subject to applicable law.

6.2 Lifetime Pro

Lifetime Pro provides access to premium Academy content and features identified as included in the plan when it is purchased.

Lifetime Pro may include access to selected:

  • Advanced Academy content.
  • Premium quizzes and examinations.
  • Final Exams.
  • Premium educational materials.
  • Premium calculators and visualizers.
  • Tracking or study tools.
  • Other features identified as Lifetime Pro.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, Lifetime Pro is a one time purchase and does not automatically renew.

Lifetime Pro is personal and nontransferable.

The specific educational content and features included in Lifetime Pro may evolve as the Academy develops.

7. MEANING OF LIFETIME ACCESS

For purposes of Lifetime Pro, “Lifetime” refers to the operational lifetime of The Poker Place Academy and the continued operation of the relevant Lifetime Pro service or a substantially corresponding successor service.

It does not refer to the biological lifetime of the purchaser.

Lifetime Pro does not guarantee that:

  • The website or Academy will operate indefinitely.
  • Every individual feature will remain unchanged forever.
  • Every current tool or lesson will remain available permanently.
  • Every future product or service will automatically be included.
  • Every third party integration will remain available.
  • The design, software or technical implementation of the Service will remain unchanged.

We may update, replace, reorganize or discontinue individual features for legitimate operational, technical, security, legal, regulatory or educational reasons.

Where reasonably possible, we will seek to preserve the overall core educational value of an active Lifetime Pro membership.

New standalone products, private coaching, events, software, courses or other separately identified services may require an additional payment even if you hold Lifetime Pro, provided that this is clearly disclosed before purchase.

Nothing in this section limits remedies or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. PRICES, PAYMENTS AND TAXES

Applicable prices, currencies and payment terms will be displayed before you complete a purchase.

Taxes or other charges may be added where required and will be handled or displayed according to the checkout process and applicable law.

By completing a purchase, you authorize the payment provider to charge the selected payment method for the amount presented during checkout.

Payments may be processed by PayPal or another payment provider disclosed during checkout.

Payment providers operate their own payment systems and may impose separate terms.

We do not normally receive or store complete payment card details.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for using a payment method that you are authorized to use.

Access to a paid membership may begin after payment is successfully completed and the membership is activated on your account.

We may correct obvious pricing, checkout or technical errors.

If such an error materially affects a completed purchase, we will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.

8.1 Payment disputes and chargebacks

If you believe that a payment was processed incorrectly, please contact:

membership@thepoker-place.com

so that we can investigate the matter.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising a lawful payment dispute or chargeback right available to you.

Fraudulent, knowingly false or abusive payment disputes may result in suspension or termination of the associated account where permitted by applicable law.

9. CONTRACTUAL 30 DAY CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Lifetime Pro purchases include a contractual 30 calendar day cancellation period.

The 30 day period begins when the Lifetime Pro plan is activated on the user’s account.

It does not begin when the user first logs in, begins a quiz or first accesses premium content.

To request cancellation under this contractual policy, contact:

membership@thepoker-place.com

The request should preferably be sent from the email address associated with the account and should include sufficient information to identify the purchase.

A request under this contractual 30 day policy must be received within 30 calendar days of activation.

Using Academy content during this period does not, by itself, cancel the contractual 30 day cancellation right.

When a refund is approved:

  • Lifetime Pro access may be removed from the account.
  • The refund will normally be returned through the original payment method where reasonably possible.
  • Actual processing times may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

After the contractual 30 day period, purchases are generally nonrefundable unless a refund is required by applicable law or we expressly agree otherwise.

We may reject fraudulent, manipulated or abusive refund requests to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits any cancellation, withdrawal, refund, conformity or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

Where applicable law provides additional cancellation rights, procedures or remedies, those rights remain available.

10. THIRD PARTY POKER SERVICES

The Poker Place is independent from third party poker operators unless expressly stated otherwise.

Your account and relationship with a poker operator or another external service are governed by the agreement between you and that third party.

Third party services may independently determine:

  • Whether you are eligible to create an account.
  • Whether their service is available in your jurisdiction.
  • Whether identity or age verification is required.
  • Whether deposits or withdrawals are permitted.
  • Whether an account should be restricted, suspended or closed.
  • Which payment methods are available.
  • Which terms, bonuses or other offers apply on their platform.

The Poker Place does not control those decisions.

We are not responsible for:

  • Third party account approval or rejection.
  • Identity, age or geographic verification performed by a third party.
  • Deposits or withdrawals made with a third party.
  • Funds held by an external poker operator.
  • Third party payment processing.
  • Account restrictions, suspensions or closures imposed by third parties.
  • Changes to a third party’s software, rules, terms or services.
  • Losses arising from poker activity conducted through an external service.

11. AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE

Some links on The Poker Place may be affiliate, referral or tracking links.

We may receive a commission, referral fee or another commercial benefit when an eligible user registers, purchases a service or completes another qualifying action through such a link.

An affiliate relationship does not change the terms, eligibility requirements, privacy practices or legal responsibilities of the third party.

You should review the third party’s terms, privacy policy, age requirements, geographic eligibility requirements and risk disclosures before registering or using its services.

The existence of a commercial relationship does not constitute a guarantee, warranty, endorsement of every aspect of the third party service or legal determination regarding the availability or suitability of that service for you.

12. QUIZZES, TESTS AND FINAL EXAMS

The Academy may provide practice questions, tests, Final Exams, scores, progress indicators and other educational assessment features.

Results are intended for educational and self assessment purposes only.

A score, result, pass status or Academy achievement does not constitute:

  • An academic degree.
  • A professional qualification.
  • A gambling or gaming license.
  • A certification issued by a regulatory authority.
  • A guarantee of poker skill.
  • A guarantee of profitable play.
  • A guarantee that a particular decision will be correct in a real poker game.

Progress information may be stored in your account, your browser or through a combination of both.

Locally stored information may be affected by clearing browser data, changing devices, changing browsers or disabling required browser storage.

We make reasonable efforts to maintain account based functionality but do not guarantee permanent preservation of every historical answer, score, session or locally stored record.

You may not manipulate quiz results, automate quiz completion, interfere with scoring or access controls or attempt to obtain unauthorized access to Academy question banks.

13. POKER TOOLS, CALCULATORS AND VISUALIZERS

The Service may provide poker calculators, charts, visualizers, ranges, trackers and analytical tools.

Outputs may depend on factors including:

  • Information entered by the user.
  • Mathematical assumptions.
  • Estimated or simplified ranges.
  • Game format.
  • Stack or pot assumptions.
  • Table conditions.
  • Technical limitations.

Tool outputs are provided for educational and informational purposes.

They may not account for every possible game state, opponent tendency, tournament structure, rake structure, fee, strategic adjustment or other relevant circumstance.

We do not guarantee that a calculation, visualization, range or other tool output is complete, error free or appropriate for a particular real world decision.

You are responsible for reviewing your inputs and deciding whether an output is relevant to the situation you are studying.

14. FAIR PLAY AND REAL TIME ASSISTANCE

The Poker Place tools and educational materials are intended primarily for study, review and training.

They are not provided for the purpose of helping users violate the rules of a poker operator or obtain prohibited assistance during active play.

You are responsible for understanding and complying with the rules of any third party poker service you use.

You may not use The Poker Place to:

  • Circumvent a poker operator’s rules concerning real time assistance.
  • Use a tool during active play where such use is prohibited by the applicable operator.
  • Automate decisions in violation of a third party’s rules.
  • Obtain an unfair advantage through conduct prohibited by an applicable poker platform.
  • Use Academy materials or tools to facilitate fraud, collusion or other prohibited conduct.

The availability of a tool through The Poker Place does not mean that the tool is permitted for use during active play on every poker platform.

Users should treat The Poker Place tools as off table educational and study resources unless the rules of the relevant third party expressly permit otherwise.

15. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE AND POKER RISK

Poker involves uncertainty and may involve significant financial risk.

All Academy materials, examples, strategies, charts, quizzes and tools are intended for educational, informational and entertainment purposes.

Nothing provided through the Service constitutes:

  • Financial advice.
  • Investment advice.
  • Legal advice.
  • Tax advice.
  • A promise of profit.
  • A guarantee of winning results.
  • A recommendation that you wager or risk money.

Poker strategy involves probabilities rather than guaranteed outcomes.

A mathematically sound decision can still result in a financial loss.

Past performance, example hands, quiz results, simulations or educational models do not guarantee future results.

You are responsible for your own decisions, participation, bankroll management and financial outcomes.

Never participate with money that you cannot afford to lose.

If poker or gambling is negatively affecting your finances, health, work, studies or relationships, you should stop participating and seek appropriate assistance in your jurisdiction.

16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Service and its original content, branding, design, educational materials, software and functionality are owned by or licensed to The Poker Place.

Protected materials may include:

  • Articles and educational lessons.
  • Videos and audio materials.
  • Quiz questions, answers and explanations.
  • Question banks.
  • Poker charts, ranges and diagrams.
  • Calculators, visualizers and software features.
  • Graphics, logos, icons and illustrations.
  • Characters, presenters, avatars and other creative assets.
  • Website layouts and interfaces.
  • Databases and structured educational materials.
  • Source code and technical systems.

Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable and revocable right to access content included in your applicable membership for personal educational use.

16.1 Prohibited uses of protected materials

Except where expressly permitted by us or by applicable law, you may not:

  • Copy or redistribute substantial portions of the Service.
  • Republish Academy materials on another website, application or platform.
  • Sell, sublicense or commercially exploit Academy content.
  • Distribute protected video or audio content.
  • Publish, distribute or reproduce Academy quiz questions or question banks.
  • Scrape, crawl or systematically extract protected data.
  • Reverse engineer protected software or attempt to obtain nonpublic source code.
  • Remove copyright, trademark or ownership notices.
  • Use Academy materials to create a substantially competing course, database, quiz service or training product.
  • Use our branding in a way that falsely implies authorization, sponsorship or affiliation.
  • Use substantial Academy question banks, databases or protected educational materials to train, reproduce or build an artificial intelligence or machine learning product without our prior written permission, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

17. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate applicable law or regulation.
  • Access another user’s account without permission.
  • Share paid content or account access with unauthorized users.
  • Bypass membership restrictions, login requirements or access controls.
  • Bypass or manipulate an age confirmation requirement.
  • Intentionally bypass geographic restrictions applied to external services or links.
  • Use malicious software or code against the Service.
  • Disrupt, overload or damage our systems.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to nonpublic systems or data.
  • Collect personal information about other users without authorization.
  • Impersonate another person.
  • Provide materially false information to obtain access or membership.
  • Commit payment fraud.
  • Automate quiz completion or manipulate scores.
  • Use automated systems to reproduce or systematically extract protected content.
  • Attempt to identify or exploit security vulnerabilities without prior written authorization.
  • Use the Service in a manner intended to violate the rules of a third party poker operator.

We may use reasonable technical measures to protect the Service and enforce these restrictions.

18. USER CONTENT

Certain areas of the Service may permit users to submit comments, messages, profile information, notes or other content.

You remain responsible for content that you submit.

You represent that content you submit:

  • Does not unlawfully infringe another person’s rights.
  • Is not defamatory, threatening or unlawfully abusive.
  • Does not contain malicious software or harmful code.
  • Does not promote fraud or illegal activity.
  • Does not improperly disclose another person’s private information.

You grant us a limited, nonexclusive and royalty free license to host, store, display and process your submitted content to the extent reasonably necessary to operate, maintain and moderate the applicable Service feature.

We may remove, restrict or moderate user content that violates these Terms or creates a reasonable legal, security or operational risk.

19. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy and applicable cookie and consent notices.

The Privacy Policy explains matters including:

  • Account and registration information.
  • Age confirmation information.
  • Academy and quiz information.
  • Poker study tool information.
  • Cookies and browser storage.
  • Analytics.
  • IP based geographic information.
  • Service providers.
  • International data transfers.
  • Data retention.
  • Privacy rights.

You should review the Privacy Policy before creating an account or submitting personal information.

Privacy requests should be sent to:

support@thepoker-place.com

20. EMAILS AND COMMUNICATIONS

The Poker Place uses different types of email communications for different purposes.

20.1 Account and service communications

By creating an account or purchasing a membership, you acknowledge that we may send communications reasonably necessary to operate the Service, including:

  • Account verification messages.
  • Password and security messages.
  • Purchase and payment confirmations.
  • Membership and access notices.
  • Customer support communications.
  • Important operational notices.
  • Material updates affecting the Service or your membership.

20.2 Academy educational communications

Academy membership may include educational emails and communications relating to your learning experience.

These may include:

  • Educational content.
  • Poker study material.
  • Academy learning updates.
  • Information about Academy features.
  • Information relevant to your membership or learning experience.

During registration, you may be asked to acknowledge that Academy educational communications form part of the Academy membership experience.

Where applicable law imposes additional requirements concerning electronic communications, we will apply the requirements that are legally applicable to the relevant communication.

20.3 Marketing communications

Promotional marketing communications are separate from essential account and Academy service communications.

Where consent is required, marketing communications will be sent only to users who have provided the applicable marketing consent.

Marketing communications may include information about special offers, external partner services or other promotional content.

You may unsubscribe from promotional marketing emails using the unsubscribe option included in the communication.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not automatically prevent essential account, payment, security, membership or service communications.

21. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We aim to keep the Service available and functional, but uninterrupted or error free operation cannot be guaranteed.

The Service may be temporarily or permanently affected by circumstances including:

  • Maintenance.
  • Software updates.
  • Hosting or network failures.
  • Security incidents.
  • Third party service failures.
  • Changes to external technologies or integrations.
  • Legal or regulatory requirements.
  • Events outside our reasonable control.

Temporary interruptions do not automatically create a right to compensation unless such a right is required by applicable law.

22. CHANGES TO CONTENT, FEATURES AND MEMBERSHIPS

Poker strategy, educational methods and software technologies change over time.

We may therefore update, correct, expand, reorganize, replace or archive educational materials and Service features.

We may also change a feature when reasonably necessary for:

  • Educational improvements.
  • Security.
  • Technical compatibility.
  • Service stability.
  • Legal or regulatory compliance.
  • Changes to third party technologies.
  • Prevention of abuse.

We are not required to preserve a particular website design, lesson order, interface or technical implementation indefinitely.

For an existing paid membership, we will not rely on this section as a general right to arbitrarily remove the essential value of the purchased plan.

Where a change materially and adversely affects rights associated with an existing paid membership, we will provide any notice, remedy or other treatment required by applicable law.

23. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

We may restrict, suspend or terminate an account where we reasonably believe that the user:

  • Materially violated these Terms.
  • Shared or resold account access.
  • Circumvented material access restrictions.
  • Bypassed an age or geographic restriction.
  • Used unauthorized or stolen payment information.
  • Attempted to damage or compromise the Service.
  • Engaged in unlawful conduct using the Service.
  • Created a material security, legal or operational risk.

Where reasonably appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to correct a violation before terminating an account.

Immediate action may be taken where reasonably necessary to protect users, payment systems, intellectual property, third parties or Service security.

You may request account closure by contacting:

support@thepoker-place.com

Account closure does not automatically create a right to a refund outside our applicable refund policy or mandatory legal rights.

Sections that by their nature should continue after termination, including intellectual property provisions, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability provisions and dispute provisions, will continue to apply where appropriate.

24. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will always be available.
  • The Service will always be free from errors or technical interruptions.
  • Every item of educational content will be complete or current at all times.
  • Every tool output will be completely accurate.
  • The Service will meet every user’s individual expectations.
  • Use of the Academy will improve poker results.
  • Use of the Academy will prevent poker losses.
  • Third party services linked from the website will remain available.
  • An external poker service will accept or maintain your account.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, guarantee or other consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

25. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Poker Place and its owners, personnel, contractors and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

This may include, where legally permitted:

  • Loss of profits.
  • Poker or gambling losses.
  • Loss of opportunities.
  • Loss of data.
  • Loss of goodwill.
  • Business interruption.

We are not responsible for financial losses resulting from poker decisions made using Academy materials, quizzes, charts, calculators, ranges, visualizers or other educational tools.

We are not responsible for funds deposited with or held by third party poker services.

We are not responsible for a user’s decision to access or use a third party service in violation of applicable law or the third party’s terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct or another category of liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

26. MANDATORY CONSUMER RIGHTS

The Service is offered internationally and consumer protection laws vary between jurisdictions.

Certain countries may provide consumers with mandatory rights relating to matters such as:

  • Precontract information.
  • Cancellation or withdrawal.
  • Digital content and digital services.
  • Refunds.
  • Service conformity.
  • Unfair contract terms.
  • Dispute resolution.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive, restrict or remove a consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted.

If a provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory consumer protection rule that applies to you, the mandatory rule will apply to the extent of that conflict.

27. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, these Terms and the contractual relationship between you and The Poker Place are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of consumer protections that cannot legally be waived and that would otherwise apply to you.

Subject to mandatory consumer protection or jurisdiction rules, disputes relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the competent courts in Israel.

Consumers may have rights under applicable mandatory law to bring or defend proceedings in another competent jurisdiction.

Before beginning formal proceedings, we encourage users to contact us so that the parties can attempt to resolve the matter in good faith.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.

28. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms when reasonably necessary to reflect changes to:

  • The Service.
  • Membership plans.
  • Academy features.
  • Age or geographic access controls.
  • External partner relationships.
  • Payment methods.
  • Security requirements.
  • Business operations.
  • Applicable laws or regulations.

The updated Terms will be published with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Where a change materially affects an existing paid membership, we may provide additional notice through the website, user account, email or another appropriate method.

Changes will not retroactively remove a refund that has already been approved or another right that cannot lawfully be removed.

Where permitted by applicable law, continued use of the Service after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Where applicable law requires a different form of notice or consent for a particular change, we will follow the applicable requirement.

29. SEVERABILITY

If a provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

The affected provision will be interpreted or limited only to the minimum extent necessary to make it lawful and enforceable where possible.

30. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, applicable checkout disclosures, membership descriptions and any specific terms expressly presented for a particular product or service, form the agreement governing your use of the Service.

Where additional terms apply to a particular feature, product or external offer, those terms apply in addition to these Terms, subject to applicable law.
